Michael Sherman leads the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice for The Boston Consulting Group in the southern US. At BCG, Michael has focused on advising large technology, media, and telecommunications clients on growth strategies and operational efficiency.
Michael’s recent case work at BCG includes leading a project to transform the call-center operations for a top-tier US telecom, identifying emerging industry-focused solutions for a leading BPO provider, and leading the redesign of a traditional IT outsourcing provider into closely adjacent BPO offerings.
Before joining BCG, Michael was a senior executive for an enterprise software company and held multiple senior executive leadership positions in the technology industry for a publically traded B2B software company.
