Miguel Sánchez is an expert in transformation, turnaround, and restructuring at Boston Consulting Group and leads the BCG TURN and Principal Investor & Private Equity practices in Spain and Portugal. He brings more than 15 years of experience in general management, performance improvement, corporate turnaround, and cash-flow enhancement, having worked with clients across Europe and Latin America. 

Miguel focuses on helping companies emerge stronger from challenging circumstances. He has led numerous complex turnarounds and implemented major cost-reduction and working-capital-reduction programs. Miguel has also worked extensively with private equity investors on performance improvement programs for portfolio companies. 

Prior to joining BCG, Miguel acted as interim CFO and operating advisor at Sun Capital Partners’ portfolio companies. Before that, he was a Director at AlixPartners in their turnaround and restructuring practice.
