Mohit Mohal is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice with particular experience in large-scale, broad-based transformation programs. He has led multiple high impact transformations helping retailers and consumer packaged goods companies with turnarounds, large-scale cost productivity initiatives, and building new capabilities to help drive growth.
Mohit joined BCG in 2018. In his client engagements for the firm, he has developed a strategy aimed at building next generation customer experience at a leading apparel retailer, and led an end-to-end large-scale transformation at a leading retailer covering: organization redesign, store operations, strategic vendor management, indirect management, and total loss optimization.
Prior to joining the firm, Mohit was a Principal with A.T. Kearney, where he led large-scale transformations in retail and consumer packaged goods.
