Monica Gallagher first joined Boston Consulting Group as a summer consultant in 2013 and returned full-time in August 2014. She is a core member of the firm’s Consumer practice and an expert in Agile operating model and digital organization design within consumer goods and consumer private equity.

In the consumer products and retail industries, Monica has led Agile operating model and organizational transformation engagements and strategy assessments for multiple global CPG and retail companies. She has led due diligence across consumer areas, including food and beverage, consumer health, beauty, personal care, apparel, and retail. She is experienced in qualitative and quantitative consumer research and also has experience with media and social impact clients on strategy and transformation engagements.

Prior to joining BCG, Monica worked on Teach For America's Teacher Leadership Development team supporting math, science, and special education teachers in Oakland, CA, and the Bronx. She is an alumna of Teach For America.
