Monica Wegner is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and People & Organization practices, and she leads BCG’s consumer insight work in Australia and New Zealand.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Monica has worked across a broad range of industries to help clients enhance customer insight and customer experience design, and she is a key contributor to BCG’s global consumer sentiment survey. Monica has also taken on a number of roles at clients to help them drive their transformations, such as becoming head of transformation for a travel distribution company and general manager of customer experience at a trade merchant.

Prior to joining BCG, Monica was senior consultant with The NTF Group, advising clients on how to enhance the return on their marketing investments through an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior. She also performed in several professional orchestras.
