Murat Çeliksoydan is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice.
Over the course of his career, Murat has worked extensively with companies in automotive, process industries, consumer products, and retail, with a particular focus on marketing and sales and operations. In his recent work, Murat helped develop the strategic roadmap for a tire manufacturer, and he also led the development of the same client’s channel strategy, including retail expansion and distributor-model strategies.
Since joining BCG in 2015, Murat has worked on projects for a wide range of clients, from a poultry provider to a telecom company. He is particularly skilled in sales force effectiveness, go-to-market and channel strategies, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Before joining BCG, Murat worked in management consulting at Deloitte Turkey.
