Natalia Gerashchenko heads BCG’s Financial Institutions practice in Russia and CIS. She has 16 years of experience advising banks, insurance companies, and capital markets institutions in Russia and throughout Central and Eastern Europe. She has helped Russian and international banks create strategies for retail, small, and medium-sized businesses, and she has worked with leading institutions to optimize their risk management frameworks and functions.

Natalia has also led numerous engagements focused on operational effectiveness and network optimization. In addition she has deep experience working on post-merger integrations, particularly in the area of process implementation and support.

Before joining BCG, Natalia led the financial services practice at PwC Consulting and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. She also has extensive banking experience, having worked for both Société Générale and BNP Paribas.
