Nicholas Reid joined Boston Consulting Group in 2005. He is a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods, Operations, and Energy practices, specializing in the mining and metals, and oil and gas industries. 

Nick has extensive experience in natural resources industries, having led projects covering operational performance improvement, operating model design, reorganization, digital innovation, remote operations, post-merger integration, and large project capital management. His teams have helped clients create step-change impact in major organizations in Australia, Southeast Asia, North America, the U.K, and the Middle East. 

Prior to joining BCG, Nick worked as an engineer with Telstra Corporation.
