Nigel Stacey



Nigel Stacey is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Operations practice areas.

Nigel advises clients on end-to-end corporate transformation, operations transformation, Industry 4.0, digital, change management, sustainability and continuous improvement. He works across Europe and Singapore, where he leads operations and Industry 4.0 programs with a wide range of MNCs.

Before joining BCG, Nigel was executive vice president of corporate transformation and post-merger integration at Cobham Plc, where he led an eight-year transformation program across operations, engineering, and business development. Nigel also led the organization structure redesign and cultural change program, as well as the largest acquisition in the company's history and subsequent transformation program.

In addition, Nigel has led global transformation programs for IBM and several European consumer electronics companies, working across Southeast Asia, Japan, China, North America, and Eastern Europe.
