Ofir Eyal joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is the Western Europe, South America, and Africa lead for Risk Insurance at the firm and is an expert on capital and risk topics in insurance, operations, controls, and compliance. He is a core member of the Insurance practice area.
In his work at BCG, Ofir has designed and rolled out enterprise risk frameworks and risk management strategies for several large global insurers and has prepared numerous insurers for Solvency II. He has worked with clients on designing and implementing risk appetite and supporting executive boards with risk/return choices.
Before joining BCG, Ofir worked at Oliver Wyman, PwC, and Lloyd's TSB Insurance. Ofir is frequently interviewed by the press on insurance and risk topics, and is a frequent speaker on these topics at conferences.
