Pablo Martinez is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer and Strategy practices, as well as a member of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, the Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and the Operations practices.

Since joining BCG in 2002, Pablo has worked extensively with travel, tourism, and media clients on projects related to strategy, operations, governance, program management offices, business model innovation, and format design.

His client engagements have included the transformation of a major global news network in the Middle East, the creation of a new organizational model and business processes for a European public television network, and the development of a new subscription strategy for a local newspaper. He has also helped a number of airlines with the redefinition of their strategy, turnaround and transformation plans, fleet optimization, and customer segment targeting.

Before joining BCG, Pablo worked for SENER as a development engineer, creating control systems in collaboration with one of the world’s leading aeronautic engine manufacturers. He previously worked as a researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
