Penny Law is a core member of the Insurance practice at Boston Consulting Group, working on strategy, operations, and digital transformation topics, mostly within the banking and insurance industries.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Penny has worked on transformation-driven architecture engagements, data governance, operations transformations, retail bank transformation, digital green infrastructure strategy, and building a wealth venture.

Among other projects, he helped a leading life insurer build, operate, and transfer the data governance target operating model, developed and implemented the future branch operating model for a leading global bank in China, developed a transformative branch optimization model for a leading retail bank in China, and developed the digital general insurance strategy and defined investment case for a leading pan-Asian insurance company.

Prior to joining BCG, Penny was an Engagement Manager in the Greater China Financial Institutions Practice of McKinsey & Company.
