Peter Adams leads Boston Consulting Group’s Brussels office and the firm’s Financial Institutions practice in Belgium. He is also a core member of BCG’s Insurance and Technology Advantage practices, and global leader of its branch excellence topic.

Since joining BCG in 1998, Peter has advised senior executives in financial services on a broad range of strategy, operations, and transformation issues. He has built deep expertise in distribution strategy and operating model design for banks and insurers across Western Europe.

At BCG, Peter’s client work includes digital transformation, the design and implementation of omnichannel strategies, major transformation programs, postmerger integrations in banking and in insurance, the design of target operating models, sales force effectiveness, and growth strategies.

Peter joined BCG directly upon completing his master’s degree.
