Petros Paranikas is a core member of the Strategy and Operations practices at The Boston Consulting Group. He has worked in a number of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and technology.
Since joining the firm in 1997, Petros has acquired deep knowledge and experience advising clients on cost reduction, portfolio strategy, and negotiations. He has also developed BCG's Beating the Unbeatable Supplier framework, which helps clients negotiate with monopoly suppliers.
In addition to his BCG work, Petros teaches a course at INSEAD called the “Strategy Lab,” which exposes students to the consulting problem-solving approach.
Before joining BCG, Petros was an attorney-at-law, a journalist, and an investment banker.
