Since joining BCG in 2011, Philippe Cavat has worked with a wide range of clients on leadership development and talent management issues. He has led the design of leadership models for Fortune 500 organizations across industries such as automotive, banking, consumer goods, energy, facility management, technology, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecom, transportation, and tourism.
Philippe has helped create more than 25 leadership-development programs, focusing on middle-manager development, senior executive development, top team effectiveness, and CEO selection. He has also worked on the creation and transformation of numerous corporate universities, and he has implemented many leadership potential, performance, and readiness assessment centers.
Beyond his consulting experience, Philippe teaches leadership development and talent management at ESSEC, HEC, and EDHEC, three of the leading business schools in France.
Prior to joining BCG, Philippe was president and CEO for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Development Dimension International, a global leadership-development and talent-management consulting firm.
