Philippe Plouvier is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice. He leads BCG's aerospace and defense topic for the CEMA/WESA region.
During his career, Philippe has worked extensively with clients in the aeronautics and defense industry, including equipment suppliers, engine and aircraft manufacturers, electronics manufacturers, and defense system providers.
Philippe’s experience covers mergers and acquisitions, transformation and global competiveness programs, program management, postmerger integration, manufacturing and supply chain, and engineering efficiency across a range of sectors. He has worked on numerous due-diligence efforts, strategic analyses, portfolio reviews, and cost improvement programs, as well as a worldwide recovery project for a multibillion-dollar European defense program.
Before joining BCG, Philippe worked in the French Ministry of Defense and the Paris office of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he was head of the global aerospace and defense practice.
