Pierre Paoli joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He is a core member of BCG's Financial Institutions practice and focuses on wholesale banking, capital markets, and corporate banking topics. He leads BCG’s work in applying lean approaches in capital markets.

At BCG, Pierre has worked extensively with clients in capital markets, corporate banking, and corporate and investing banking on projects as varied as designing an e-commerce strategy, reviewing the European prime brokerage landscape, and defining a new distribute-to-originate model.

Prior to joining BCG, Pierre worked for BNP Paribas and Oliver Wyman as a consultant in financial services.
