Rajah Augustinraj is an ambassador at The Boston Consulting Group’s BCG Henderson Institute, leading its Strategy Lab work in Asia and supporting BCG Fellow Arindam Bhattacharya on the topic of the new globalization. Rajah’s research and writing focuses on macro-trends in globalization and their impact on global business strategies. He is a core member of the firm’s Global Advantage, and Consumer practices, specializing in globalization, operations, and supply chain strategy.

Rajah joined the firm in 2014, after 12 years in engineering and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs. He has recently worked on cases involving operational-performance improvement, global supply chain strategies, and benchmarking of global manufacturing networks. Rajah’s work at BCG has covered industrial goods, pharmaceutical, and CPG companies.
