Richard Probst is a core member of the Health Care and Climate & Sustainability practices at Boston Consulting Group. He has experience working with a variety of public and private sector organizations, with a recent emphasis on NGOs/multinational agencies and multilateral development banks.
Richard supported the strategic planning and resource mobilization efforts for several global health agencies throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, including operational crisis management during the oxygen emergency. More recently, he has worked with global leaders to translate the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic into concrete actions needed to sustainably strengthen the global health architecture for pandemic preparedness and response.
Beyond that, Richard has frequently worked with health care, industrial goods, and consumer goods companies on strategic sustainability projects. Outside of BCG, he serves on the Board of Trustees for Project Access, an award-winning charity committed to overcoming socioeconomic inequities in access to top universities.
