Rob Bradley joined Boston Consulting Group in March 2021. He is a core member of the Technology Advantage practice. Rob brings 14 years of experience in technology consulting to BCG, with an industry specialization in telecommunications. During those years, he has worked on every stage of business and technology transformation. Within business and technology strategy, Rob focuses on strategic vision and value definition, roadmap planning, enterprise architecture, data integration, cloud strategy, and complex technology delivery. He has also worked with clients on BSS/OSS (business support system/operations support system), application programming interface (API)-led business strategy, transactional data processing, data integration, analytics, big data, billing, commissions, and finance management and accounting.

Before joining the firm, Rob worked at Saleforce.com where he developed the strategic advisory practice, within the digital integration domain, using a customer experience led approach linked to business outcomes. Rob also has 12 years’ experience at Accenture as well as experience working in industry.
