Sabine Stock joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2006. She is a core member of the Energy and Operations practices, and her projects are centered on the power and gas, utilities, power generation, and distributed energy resources sectors.
At BCG, Sabine is an expert on the energy industry in general, and on the optimization of workflows. She has acquired expertise as well in lean systems in the utility industry. She advises her clients on all steps of the value chain, from energy generation to administrative functions.
In her recent client projects, Sabine has worked on the design of a lean transformation program for a major European utility, including designing lean toolboxes and lean training sessions. She has also helped to develop a tailor-made approach for lean in power generation and distribution grids for a European utility.
In addition to her consulting work, Sabine actively supports the development of women at BCG and leads BCG’s internal women's initiative, Women@BCG, in Germany and Austria.
