Sergey Ishkov works with clients across Latin America, with a focus on Central America and the Caribbean region. He is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice.

Sergey joined BCG in 2012. Over his 15-year career in consulting he has worked with leading banks, insurance companies, investment funds and development institutions in Russia, Central Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, and Latin America, focusing on digital transformation, strategy, organizational effectiveness, and risk management.

Sergey helps his clients accelerate, better prioritize, and monetize their digital transformation efforts, including implementation of agile; redesign of customer journeys across key products in retail, SME, corporate and private segments; development and integration of advanced analytical tools for business and risk, and launch of digital products from scratch.

Prior to joining BCG, Sergey worked for Oliver Wyman, focusing on risk management for financial institutions. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, in addition to his native Russian.
