Sheta Mittal joined Boston Consulting Group in November 2021. She is currently a partner at BCG Digital Ventures in India, with a mission to help large corporates think like VCs and build a portfolio of next-gen innovative new ventures. She has over 12 years of experience with world's leading consumer technology players across strategy, go-to-market, growth, innovation, and new business build.

Previously, Sheta was a co-founder of &Me, India's first direct to consumer women's health products brand, which was acquired by First Cry’s Global Bees in 2021. Prior to that she was a director at NIKE Global strategy team, where she helped define its data, membership, and digital strategy in North America, before relocating to China to launch NIKE on the WeChat mini app and NIKE's biggest flagship store (NIKE House of Innovation 001) with online-offline consumer experiences. She also co-founded a wellness marketplace startup in New York and worked for Future Group's Digital marketing unit.
