Brooklyn
Sisi Pan is a member of the Social Impact, Global Advantage, Public Sector, and Healthcare practices at Boston Consulting Group and serves as the node for the Global Advantage practice in Brooklyn. She helped launch BCG’s offices in Nairobi and Brooklyn.
Sisi’s work lies at the intersection of the private, public, and social sectors, particularly around designing and scaling innovative ventures that advance global health and development outcomes in emerging markets. Her experience includes launching a pan-African health care innovation accelerator with an African multilateral organization and a consortium of public and private sector partners, supporting Kenya's COVID-19 response by generating real-time insights to inform government policies and industry recovery plans, and redesigning a UN agency's core functions then implementing the new operating model in multiple countries across Africa.
Sisi has taken a leave of absence from BCG to help launch Flare, a health tech start-up that aggregated Kenya’s emergency responders onto a single digital platform, resulting in drastic reductions to response times.
Before joining BCG, Sisi was a technical partner to the Ministries of Health of Eswatini and Cambodia, embedded within each respective government to focus on malaria elimination and innovative health financing.
