Stefan Salzer is a core member of the Consumer and the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at The Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Stefan’s work has focused on the retail and wholesale sectors. He spent more than three years in our Africa System, developing our local retail business, and has a passion for Emerging Markets. He has acquired deep experience and expertise in sales topics, supply chain management, and technology usage in retail and consumer products environments.

A creative and communicative personality with a passion for results, people, and technology, Stefan has a track record of delivering tangible results in cross-functional teams with members from diverse cultural, disciplinary, and industry backgrounds.

Prior to joining BCG, Stefan worked as a product manager with a German IT systems integrator and founded an Internet provider while pursuing his undergraduate studies in the early 2000s.
