Steve Maaseide leads the North America consumer sector of the People & Organization practice at The Boston Consulting Group and is a member of the firm's Transformation and Marketing & Sales practices.
Steve has played a leadership role in many large transformation, restructuring, and cost-reduction efforts. His specific areas of expertise include organization design, merger integration, management of pricing and trade spending, distribution and route-to-market, strategy for business and brand growth, and large-program management.
In his over 20 years of consulting experience, Steve has worked in a broad range of industries. He typically focuses on consumer-related sectors, including beverages, cosmetics, consumer health care, paper products, and retail pharmacy and grocery. Through his assignments, he has developed a deep sense of how to structure, manage, and lead large-scale change efforts to ensure they are successful.
