Sudipto Banerjee is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice and one of the expert founding leaders of BCG’s Pricing Enablement Center (PEC) located in Atlanta, Munich, and Paris.
Over the course of his career, Sudipto has worked with more than 70 companies in over 30 countries, helping clients execute large-scale pricing transformations spanning geographies, business units, and product lines. His engagements have covered many industries, including industrial goods, automotive, telecommunications and technology, services, and consumer goods.
Sudipto is particularly experienced in developing pricing strategies and capabilities for large B2B companies, and he has also advised a number of energy companies on their pricing transformation journeys. In addition, he has helped a range of clients develop their market strategies for key price points.
Sudipto is a certified pricing professional with the Professional Pricing Society. Before joining BCG, he cofounded the pricing practice for the US market at Ernst & Young's Business Advisory Service and worked for Deloitte Consulting in the strategy and operations consulting group. Prior to consulting, Sudipto worked as a product planner in for Hyundai Motors.
