Ujjwal Sinha is a core member of BCG GAMMA, Boston Consulting Group's business unit dedicated to advanced analytics and AI. He is the lead for Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and co-lead for the Consumer practice efforts for GAMMA in North America. Ujjwal is also an active member of the Consumer, TMT, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Ujjwal has worked with his consumer and retail clients on marketing and operations, pricing and promotions, AI, customer acquisition and retention, business insights, and loyalty and personalization; and has advised venture capital and private equity firms on investments in new deals and existing portfolio companies.

Within the GAMMA practice, his expertise covers predictive analytics (tree-based algorithms), NLP (Natural Language Processing), IOT analytics, and machine vision.

Before joining BCG, Ujjwal was the vice president of Enterprise Business Insights and Analytics at Target, where he led analytics across all business functions for the entire company globally and managed a team of more than 500 full-time employees and 300 contractors. He was also the founder and CEO of Management Foresight, a customer analytics company that helps leaders develop the information needed to make smarter business decisions. Ujjwal also has significant operational experience from his time as vice president of Strategic Services Operations at Salesforce and director of Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Strategy at Microsoft.
