Violetta Ostafin leads The Boston Consulting Group's work in transformation and large-scale change in South America. She is an expert with BCG TURN, which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future. She also leads BCG’s Health Care practice in Brazil. In addition, Violetta is an active member in the Strategy, the Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and the Consumer practices.

Violetta brings extensive experience in helping clients to drive top- and bottom-line impact through applying lenses of strategy, corporate development, commercial excellence, and efficiency.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Violetta has served clients’ global needs while based out of the United States. Violetta has experience working with clients in North America, Europe, and South America.

Prior to joining BCG, Violetta was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in New York. She was later a relationship manager in Merrill Lynch’s Institutional Client Division.
