Rob Wolleswinkel joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1997. He leads BCG's global work in the postal and express sector and the firm's Industrial Goods practice in Amsterdam. He is also the postal leader for the Center for Digital in Transportation.

During his time with BCG, Rob has worked for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and France. He has been involved in projects across industries, including the postal and express, chemicals, engineering and construction, and energy industries. Within these industries, he works mostly on large-scale projects in capability building, especially in the marketing, sales, and change management areas.

Rob's recent experience includes a large restructuring combined with IT implementation at a leading express player; several strategy assignments in engineering and construction; and salesforce effectiveness programs both in chemicals and energy.

Rob was trained as an aerospace engineer and is also skilled at working within the aircraft and aerospace industries. He has experience working on the design process in the military aerospace markets. Rob is known for his ability to build strong teams and motivate people.
