Yashraj Erande leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Strategy practice in India, and he is a core member of BCG’s Financial Institutions practice.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Yash has advised numerous financial institutions on issues related to business strategy, long-range transformation, digital disruption, operations, technology, governance, and organization. He has also worked with a wide range of Indian and multinational clients (including public, private, and family-owned conglomerates) on topics such as portfolio strategy, growth strategy, innovation, and mergers and acquisitions. Yash has participated in different industry-level committees on key topics in financial services in India. He also writes commentary around strategic issues.

Yashraj Erande featured in The Economic Times 40 under 40 list for India's Young Business Leaders 2018. He has a management degree from the Indian School of Business, where he was named to the dean’s list and a degree in computer engineering from Mumbai University.

Prior to joining BCG, Yash worked for Tata Consultancy Services and led large-scale programs across multiple geographies including postmerger integration of technology platforms.
