Partner & Managing Director and the global leader of BCG’s Internet of Things business
Zia Yusuf is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Technology Advantage practices.
Since joining BCG in 2015, Zia has worked with a wide range of technology and telecom clients on issues related to software; technology strategy; and the resulting go-to-market approach, including pricing, ecosystem strategy, and digital transformation to drive growth. He is also a leader in efforts to help clients drive value leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT). Zia is very involved in enabling the BCG Silicon Valley office and the connectivity between BCG clients and the startup and VC community in Silicon Valley.
Zia is also an associate consulting professor at Stanford University's Design School, where he teaches classes on user-centered design for software companies and approaches to scaling design thinking for large organizations to accelerate innovation.
Before joining BCG, Zia was CEO of Streetline Inc., a leading IoT startup providing sensor-enabled smart city solutions. Prior to that he was executive vice president and a member of the leadership team at SAP.
