Being Five Star in Productivity: Roadmap for Excellence in Indian Banking

The Financial Services Practice released this report along with The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Indian Bank's Association (IBA) titled Being Five Star in Productivity—Roadmap for Excellence in Indian Banking. The report sets out an action agenda for banks, based on insights from an extensive productivity benchmarking exercise conducted across 40 banks in India which highlights that banks have to strive for excellence on five dimensions.
