Our Three-Step Approach

The C2L Program takes clients on a three-step journey toward global excellence.

  1. Determine your ambitions. Where are you positioned now and where do you want to be? During this phase, we assess a company’s current global position, identify global growth ambitions, determine growth enablers, and map requirements.
  2. Assess your readiness. How do you score on each of the dimensions? The C2L Readiness Survey identifies strengths and weaknesses, and generates a heat map across 20 C2L dimensions.
  3. Draft your roadmap. Where do you start and how do you execute? We work with companies to map a C2L transformation program, including priorities and requirements.
