Testimonials

Hear about the program directly from our recent BCG MBA Fellows:

To me, the BCG Fellows Program exemplifies the core foundation of what makes BCG so special: supportive mentorship and lasting impact. Throughout the recruiting process, I had many conversations with my mentor about consulting in general, BCG’s culture, and how to make the most of my MBA experience. I always felt like my mentor was genuinely interested in my development and in helping me make the best decisions for my career. My experience as a BCG Fellow made a lasting impression on me and helped me navigate my recruiting path. – Jake, Kellogg

The MBA Fellows program gave me an incredible amount of BCG support. Through my mentor, I was able to connect with consultants and partners at BCG who became my strongest advocates during the recruiting process. Also, through many conversations, I gained a glimpse of the diverse set of experiences I could have at BCG. I would highly recommend the MBA Fellows program for anyone who would like to learn more about consulting. – Jonathan, Sloan

The BCG MBA Fellows Program was the perfect start to my MBA program and summer internship search. I connected regularly with my mentor who was a great sounding board as I chose courses, prepared for the recruitment process, and began interviewing. Her level of commitment to the mentee relationship demonstrated how BCG values relationships and career development. The fellowship allowed me to get to know BCG on a meaningful and personal level and took so much stress out of the recruiting process. Experiencing the fellowship helped me see that BCG was the place for me! – Madeleine, Wharton

The BCG MBA Fellows program was an invaluable experience for me that I highly recommend to anyone interested in a career in consulting. The program allowed me to have early conversations with BCGers that gave me clarity into what it was like to be a consultant and into BCG’s unique approach to delivering client value. My mentor from the program not only gave me insight into life as a consultant and navigating the recruiting process, but also truly personified BCG’s commitment to the mentorship and growth of its consultants. These early impressions of BCG’s unique impactful, analysis-driven philosophy to consulting work and unparalleled supportive culture were reinforced throughout the recruiting process, and I’m incredibly excited to join the company this summer! – Hope, Darden
