Alejandro Mayer

Recruiting Partner

Alejandro Mayer, Partner and Managing Director, San Francisco, joined BCG in 2008 after earning his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to Stanford, he earned his BS in Computer Science from the University of Warwick in England. Prior to joining BCG, Alejandro worked in the steel pipe industry with Tenaris, a multinational company headquartered in Argentina, as an analyst in IT and supply chain, as well as in the software development industry with I-Dalmine in Italy. He enjoys playing soccer and rugby.

Tristan Heinrich

Recruiting Director

Tristan Heinrich is a Principal in the Boston Consulting Group's San Francisco office. Tristan’s previous work at BCG includes Healthcare, Industrial Goods, Financial Services, and Social Impact projects.  He has traveled in South America where he researched microfinance and taught English and Geography in an Andean farming community. Tristan received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. Tristan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain scholarship recipient and captain of the men's varsity tennis team. He studied Economics and Political Science.

Elizabeth Nymberg

Talent Acquisition Manager

Elizabeth is the Talent Acquisition Manager for BCG's San Francisco office. Previously, Elizabeth managed Associate recruiting for the BCG NY Metro offices. She joined BCG in 2004, and has worked with both the M.B.A. and Ph.D. programs in addition to the undergraduate recruiting program. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and enjoys yoga, running and cooking.

Katie Walsh

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Katie joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2016. Prior to BCG, she worked as a teacher in San Francisco. At BCG, her efforts are focused on associate recruiting. Katie received her BA in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring the Bay Area.

Katie Chang

Berkeley Specialist

Katie is an Associate in BCG's San Francisco office. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Operations Research and Management Science and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. She was a summer intern in 2017 and worked on a Financial Institutions case in the Ops function area where she focused on demand management.

Nick Ford

Berkeley Specialist

Nick Ford, Associate, San Francisco, joined BCG in January 2018. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 2017 with a B.A. in History and was a Summer Associate in the San Francisco office during the summer of 2016. Since joining BCG, he has worked for clients in the industrial goods, TMT, and consumer goods industries. He enjoys traveling, reading, fly-fishing, soccer, tennis, and watching sports.

Julia Sunderland

Berkeley Specialist

Julia Sunderland, Consultant, first joined BCG as a Summer Associate in the Dallas office in 2015. She joined BCG full-time in San Francisco after completed her B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University with a specific interest in clean energy and atmospheric chemistry. In her free time, Julia enjoys hiking, running, and philosophy.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
