Santiago Ferrer

Recruiting Partner

Santiago is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. He originally joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in the New York office in 2009 and returned in 2010 after receiving his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Santiago also did an one year ambassadorship in the BCG Chile office before transferring to the Los Angeles office in 2013. Before attending business school, he spent 5 years with the United Nations, working in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and in peacekeeping. Santiago also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Since joining BCG, Santiago has worked for clients in financial services, technology, government and the social sector; in a range of topics including strategy, economic development, pricing, organizational design, technology and transformation.

Elisa Ferrarotti

Recruiting Manager

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Manager. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

John Wilson

Recruiting Director, Consultants

John Wilson, Principal, joined BCG in January 2013. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and completed a triple major in Economics, Political Science, and Business from the University of California, Berkeley. John began his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company followed by two years as an Associate with ClearLight Partners, a middle market private equity fund. Immediately prior to business school, John spent a year with ACCION International’s social venture capital fund, where he evaluated microfinance and technology related investment opportunities in developing markets. Since joining BCG, John has worked on Corporate Development and Strategy cases in the Financial Services and Industrials areas, and recently completed an exciting pro-bono project with LA’s 2028 Olympic Bid Committee. He is currently based in the Los Angeles office and is actively involved in the office’s Social Committee. He has also spent a year in the Kuala Lumpur office as part of the Ambassador program. In his spare time, John enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, politics, and movies/pop culture.

Ali Levin

School Captain

Ali is a Consultant in the Los Angeles office. She joined BCG in September 2016 after receiving her MBA from UCLA Anderson. During her time at Anderson, Ali worked at Yahoo in Marketing Partnerships and Disney/ ABC Television Group in Digital Strategy. Before attending business school, Ali spent 5 years working in the entertainment industry at NBC Universal, Creative Artists Agency and Berlanti Productions. Ali also received a B.A. in Communications and Cinema Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Since joining BCG, Ali has worked in a range of industries including Media, Tech and Retail. In her spare time, Ali enjoys playing tennis, traveling and trying out new restaurants.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Between August 31st and September 14th , 2018, second-year students should apply via our online application. Candidates interested in international offices should apply by September 7th. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts (can be unofficial)
  • Undergraduate GPA
  • GMAT scores broken down between quantitative and verbal (including percentiles)

Summer Internship employment, beginning Summer 2019
