Elisa Ferrarotti

Recruiting Manager

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Manager. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

Dalia Meyer

Recruiting Associate

Dalia is the Recruiting Associate in the Los Angeles office. She joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2014. Prior to BCG, she worked at Logistics Plus as an Air Exports Specialist and Sales Representative. At BCG, her efforts are focused on consultant MBA and ADC recruiting. Dalia received her B.S. in International Business and Marketing from Penn State. She enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Santiago Ferrer

Recruiting Partner

Santiago is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. He originally joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in the New York office in 2009 and returned in 2010 after receiving his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Santiago also did an one year ambassadorship in the BCG Chile office before transferring to the Los Angeles office in 2013. Before attending business school, he spent 5 years with the United Nations, working in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and in peacekeeping. Santiago also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Since joining BCG, Santiago has worked for clients in financial services, technology, government and the social sector; in a range of topics including strategy, economic development, pricing, organizational design, technology and transformation.

Karan Mistry

ADC Recruiting Director

Karan Mistry is a Project Leader in the Los Angeles office and joined BCG in 2014. Karan is an active member of the Energy, Industrial Goods, and Public Sector practices. While he has worked across a variety of functional areas, his main interests are related to Big Data and Advanced Analytics and enabling clients to make better decisions through the use of data. Prior to BCG, Karan earned his PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles, graduating summa cum laude. While at MIT, Karan did water and energy research. In his free time, Karan enjoys traveling, road cycling, cooking, and board games.

Brett Chinn

Regional Recruiting Lead, Gamma

Brett Chinn is the North American Recruiting Lead for BCG Gamma. In this role she is responsible for managing the recruitment process for Gamma Data Scientists, with a specific focus on West Coast recruiting. A native New Yorker, Brett has dual Bachelor degrees in International Affairs and French Language and Literature from The George Washington University. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, fitness and travel.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Caroline O'Brien

Recruiting Assistant

Caroline O'Brien is the Sloan Recruiting Assistant. Caroline also supports the North America Advanced Degree Recruiting team. Caroline joined BCG in 2018 after earning a degree in Communication Studies and Business Administration from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spinning, playing tennis, and traveling!

Alex Jaskolski

ADC Recruiting Lead

Alex is the Recruiting Lead for ADC recruiting across BCG’s North American office. Alex joined BCG in 2012 after earning a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Alex has experience in Undergraduate, ADC, MBA and Experienced Hire recruiting at BCG. In her leisure time, Alex enjoys cooking, spin class and a nice glass of wine!

Katie Purcell

ADC Recruiting Associate

Katie Purcell is the ADC Recruiting Associate for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team. Prior to her current role, she supported our MBA recruiting efforts at MIT Sloan. Katie graduated from Boston University and is an AmeriCorps alum. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring Boston, catching up on her Netflix shows, and curling up with a good book.
