Santiago Ferrer

Recruiting Partner

Santiago is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. He originally joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in the New York office in 2009 and returned in 2010 after receiving his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Santiago also did an one year ambassadorship in the BCG Chile office before transferring to the Los Angeles office in 2013. Before attending business school, he spent 5 years with the United Nations, working in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and in peacekeeping. Santiago also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Since joining BCG, Santiago has worked for clients in financial services, technology, government and the social sector; in a range of topics including strategy, economic development, pricing, organizational design, technology and transformation.

Elisa Ferrarotti

Recruiting Manager

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Manager. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

John Wilson

Recruiting Director, Associates

John Wilson, Principal, joined BCG in January 2013. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and completed a triple major in Economics, Political Science, and Business from the University of California, Berkeley. John began his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company followed by two years as an Associate with ClearLight Partners, a middle market private equity fund. Immediately prior to business school, John spent a year with ACCION International’s social venture capital fund, where he evaluated microfinance and technology related investment opportunities in developing markets. Since joining BCG, John has worked on Corporate Development and Strategy cases in the Financial Services and Industrials areas, and recently completed an exciting pro-bono project with LA’s 2024 Olympic Bid Committee. He is currently based in the Los Angeles office and is actively involved in the office’s Social Committee. He has also spent a year in the Kuala Lumpur office as part of the Ambassador program. In his spare time, John enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, politics, and movies/pop culture.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Full-time employment, beginning Fall 2018:

Between August 21st and September 4th 2017, interested undergraduate and master degree candidates graduating in 2018 should submit an application online. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts, as well as master's transcripts (if applicable), including GPA for both undergrad and master degrees
  • All standardized test scores (SAT, GRE, etc.) broken down by quantitative and verbal sections (including percentiles)

Summer Internship employment, beginning Summer 2018:

Between September 17th and October 1st, 2017, interested undergraduate and master degree candidates graduating in 2019 should submit an application online. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts, as well as master's transcripts (if applicable), including GPA for both undergrad and master degrees
  • All standardized test scores (SAT, GRE, etc.) broken down by quantitative and verbal sections (including percentiles)
