Blaise joined the BCG Montréal office as a Consultant in September 2016. Her case experience includes laying the groundwork for a post-merger integration involving two North American fuel retailers, studying consumer purchase pathways for a general merchandise retailer and supporting a large re-organization effort at another retail client. Prior to joining BCG, Blaise conducted research in the area of alternative energy technologies. She also has broad industrial internship experience in textiles, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and failure analysis.
Blaise holds a BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, during which she spent a semester abroad at l'Université de technologie de Compiègne in France. She obtained MS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University while pursuing graduate studies in the area of catalysis and photoelectrochemistry. Blaise is fluent in English and French.
