Meagan Kenney

Recruiting Assistant

Meagan Kenney is the Recruiting Assistant for BCG’s Philadelphia office. She joined the NYC firm in 2014 and transferred to the PHI office in 2016. In addition to Carnegie Mellon, Meagan also manages the Advanced Degree Candidate recruiting program with the University of Pennsylvania. Meagan received her BFA magna cum laude in Music Theater from Elon University and is currently working towards her M.S in Adult Education and Organizational development from Drexel University. Before working for BCG, Meagan worked as project manager for a construction consulting firm and acted in regional and local NYC theater.

Mia Bryan

Recruiting Lead

Mia Bryan is the Recruiting Lead for BCG's Philadelphia office. She joined the firm in 2015. Mia oversees the Philadelphia office's recruiting processes and assists with recruiting at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mia earned her BBA from Temple University and recently completed an MS in Human Resource Management there. Prior to joining the firm, Mia worked as a recruiter for the US Department of Navy and the Community College of Philadelphia. In her spare time, Mia enjoys watching documentaries and spending time with her husband and dog, Mocha.

Mike Brochu

Recruiting Partner

Mike Brochu is a Partner and Managing Director of the Philadelphia office. He joined the firm in 2006. Mike is a core member of the Strategy and Operations practices at BCG and works primarily in health care. He also was an Ambassador to BCG's Vienna office for a year. He serves as the Recruiting Partner for both the Philadelphia office and the University of Pennsylvania.

Mike received his BS with high honors in Chemistry and History from the College of William and Mary and his MS in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. In his spare time, Mike enjoys SoulCycle and spending time with his wife and two children.

Troy Mullane

Recruiting Director

Troy Mullane is a Principal in the Philadelphia office. He joined the firm in 2011, and spent a year in the Zurich office as part of BCG's Associate Abroad program. In his time at the firm, Troy has worked across a variety of functions in health care, retail, and consumer goods. He is the acting Recruiting Director for the Philadelphia office and the University of Pennsylvania.

Troy graduated from The University of North Carolina (UNC) with a BS in Business Administration, where he concentrated in international business. His hobbies include running, reading non-fiction, and traveling.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
