Meet Our Team

Dalia Meyer is the Talent Acquisition Lead for BCG's Pittsburgh and Philadelphia offices. She joined the Los Angeles office in 2014 leading the local recruiting efforts there, and recently transferred to the Pittsburgh office in June 2019.In addition to overseeing recruiting at the CMU colleges, Dalia is managing local recruiting efforts on behalf of BCG and DigitalBCG. Dalia received her BS in International Business and Marketing from Penn State University. Before working for BCG, Dalia was working in supply chain operations handling a third party logistics company's international airfreight exports. In her spare time, Dalia enjoys travelling, trying out new restaurants, barre and spending time with her daughter!

Nate Blandino is a Consultant in the Washington, DC office. Nate's career at BCG started in Pittsburgh in 2019, his case work has varied across industries and functions, with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and operating model design. Prior to joining BCG, Nate worked in the oil & gas industry in management, technical, and operational roles. Nate received an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Outside of work, he enjoys visiting national parks and donning the black and gold to support his hometown teams!

Katie Purcell is the DigitalBCG Campus Talent Acquisition Lead for our North American offices and manages DigitalBCG’s MBA full-time and internship hiring. She sits in the Boston office. Prior to joining BCG in 2016, Katie worked in youth development through Americorps and local non-profits. She received her BA in Psychology from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and planning her next Disney trip.
