"What I enjoy with my role at BCG is that it challenges me every day while giving truth to the expression "You have fun when you do what you love." I get to work with stakeholders who daily push me to think outside the box and make me understand how legal requirements affect our business and the bottom line."

"I am passionate about sustainability, and particularly sustainable corporate strategy. I found BCG to be a great opportunity both to learn from skilled people about strategy and to work with the most impactful companies. BCG is not a common career path at my university program, so my time as an intern was very important for me to get to know the company, and it convinced me that BCG was a good choice for me."

Sofia Wiklund, Consultant

"For me, the most exciting thing about working for Platinion is the impact of our work and the interaction we have with C-level executives. Over the past few weeks I have been interviewing the CEO, CTO and Lead Architects at our client to assess the as-is architecture of their SAAS platform and share recommendations on how to meet their growth ambitions. I am really excited to see Platinion’s local footprint grow over the next years and looking forward to taking on this new challenge ahead of me!"

Sweden is a country that puts great emphasis on people being able to combine family life with a stimulating career. At BCG that manifests in a hybrid work environment, regulated office hours and great parental benefits to name a few.
