Kate Joyce

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Kate is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for the Associate program in the Chicago office. She assists with the recruitment of Midwest undergraduate and non-business majors. Kate graduated from the University of Dayton in 2014 and began working for BCG in 2016. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis and discovering new restaurants around Chicago.


Jennifer Cox

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Jennifer Cox, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Chicago, assists with the recruitment of Midwest undergraduate and non-business majors. Prior to joining BCG in 2018, Jennifer served for four years as a HR coordinator at Harvard University where she earned her master’s degree in Creative Writing & Literature. Jennifer also holds a BA from Colby College and loves books and audio books equally. She is a member of Pride@BCG.


Tony Tricozzi

Recruiting Director

Tony Tricozzi, Principal, Chicago, joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate in 2012 and returned as a Consultant in 2016 after earning his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He holds a dual BSE-MSE degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan where he graduated summa cum laude. In his leisure time, Tony enjoys watching sports (especially Michigan football), playing soccer, and exploring new restaurants in Chicago. At BCG, Tony’s work focuses on growth strategy, digital business builds, and sustainability topics for clients in food and agribusiness.


John Knapp

Recruiting Partner

John Knapp, Managing Director and Partner, Chicago, joined The Boston Consulting in 2010. John was a summer Consultant in the Chicago office in 2009. He earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining BCG, John held various engineering and operations management positions at Celanese. In his leisure time, John enjoys spending time with his sons Owen and Noah, sailing with his wife Francisca, running, hiking and playing fetch with Bento (their dog), and getting out on the golf course.


Jenna Mackenzie

GAMMA Recruiting Specialist

Jenna Mackenzie, GAMMA Recruiting Specialist who helps manage all GAMMA campus recruiting across North America. Jenna joined BCG in 2018 and sits in the Boston office. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and has even instructed a session for an affiliation event.

BCG Summer Sessions

June, 2021 - July, 2021 Virtual BCG Summer Sessions is a series of virtual talks through which BCGers will share insider perspectives on what it’s like to be an Associate at BCG. You’ll learn about the impactful work we do, our transformative digital capabilities, and the many opportunities, support systems, programs, and tools we offer to help our Associates learn, grow, succeed—and have fun!—at BCG. We’ll also share tips on the recruiting process and give you a chance to ask the questions most on your mind about consulting and BCG. If you are an undergraduate student at a school located in the US or Canada in the class of 2022, class of 2023, or class of 2024, we hope you’ll join us this summer!

Application Process

Full Time Associate Application Deadline

Are you graduating between December 2021 and June 2022 and ready to be an Associate at BCG after graduation? Please apply here by Friday, July 16th, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.

You will be asked to provide:

  • A resume
  • Your top 3 office preferences (weighted to reflect your level of interest in each)
  • A cover letter (optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)
  • Cumulative GPA
  • Standardized test scores (ACT and/or SAT with subscore breakdowns)

If you apply to a US BCG office, you will receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take about 25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here.
