Danielle Pociluyko

Recruiting Assistant

Danielle Pociluyko is a member of the New York consultant recruiting team where she leads on campus recruiting at Columbia Business School and Yale SOM. Prior to BCG, she worked at a boutique recruiting firm in lower Manhattan and received a Master's in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Baruch College. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling, exploring the New York restaurant scene, and discovering new music.

Curry Sloan

First Year Global Specialist

Curry Sloan, Consultant, New York, earned his MBA at Columbia Business School and B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Northwestern University. He was a Summer Consultant with BCG before joining full-time in 2016, and focuses primarily on Media and Technology. Prior to school, Curry worked at a high-frequency trading firm. In his spare time, Curry enjoys live music, home brewing, travel, non-fiction, KU basketball, as well as dancing & singing karaoke poorly.

Taylor Smith

Recruiting Partner

Taylor Smith, Partner and Managing Director, New York office, joined BCG in 2005. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Williams College. While at BCG, Taylor has worked across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail. Prior to BCG, Taylor was an associate at Lehman Brothers. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, exploring the New York restaurant scene, and complaining about the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Elena Bonifacio

Diversity School Specialist

Elena Bonifacio, Consultant, New York, was a summer consultant with BCG before joining full-time in 2013. She received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA in Psychology and American Studies from Williams College. Prior to business school, Elena was a senior research manager at The Nielsen Company. You can often find Elena cheering on the New York Giants at Metlife stadium, trying to find a new favorite restaurant, or watching her favorite TV shows.

Jeremy Hardy

LGBT School Specialist

Jeremy Hardy, Consultant, New Jersey, joined the Boston Consulting Group as a summer consultant in 2013 and returned as a full-time consultant in September 2014. Before joining BCG, Jeremy worked for two years as an investor relations analyst at Chile’s LAN Airlines, during the time the company was acquiring Brazilian airline TAM, and two years as a financial analyst at Forest AFI, a boutique Chilean private equity firm focused on forestry investments. His academic background includes a MBA from Columbia University and Industrial Engineering / Transport Engineering degrees from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. Jeremy enjoys running and biking in the summer, squash and snowboarding in the winter.

Kevin Kysiak

Veteran School Specialist

Kevin Kysiak, Consultant, Chicago, was a summer consultant with BCG before joining full-time in June 2015. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
