Ty van der Linden

Summer Recruiting Director

Ty van der Linden is a Project Leader in the New York office and is a member of our Digital and Private Equity teams. He started as an Associate in Sydney and spent a year in Stockholm on Associate Abroad. Ty has worked primarily in Private Equity, Digital Ventures, Health Care, Technology, Agriculture, and Consumer with experience across Strategy, Transformation, Corporate Development and Operations.
Ty has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) majoring in Finance and Accounting from the University of Sydney. In his free time, Ty enjoys travel, running, hiking, rugby, surfing, skiing, tennis, and golf.

Kelly Howard

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Kelly is a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the BCG's New York Office, leading associate recruiting efforts at Columbia University. Kelly received her BA in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina, and enjoys dancing, hiking, traveling and Carolina football.

Anne is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for the Associate team in BCG's New York office. She joined BCG shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California with a BA in Creative Writing and Art History. Anne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, fashion and of course USC football!

Mallory Fisher

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mallory is a Talent Acquisition Specialist in BCG's New York Office where she leads associate recruiting efforts at Yale University. Prior to joining BCG, Mallory worked as an MBA recruiting assistant at Bain & Company. Mallory holds a BA in Communication from Boston College and enjoys spinning, soccer, and exploring New York City.

Dylan Russian

Columbia Specialist

Dylan joined BCG New York as a Summer Associate in the summer of 2017 and 2018 and returned as an Associate in 2019. Prior to BCG, Dylan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbia University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Classics. At BCG, Dylan has worked across the Financial Institutions, Consumer, and Public Sector practice areas. Outside of work, Dylan likes to watch professional sports, travel, and hike.

Jeff Shiff

PRIDE@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Principal in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jenna Mackenzie

GAMMA Recruiting Specialist

Jenna Mackenzie, GAMMA Recruiting Specialist who helps manage all GAMMA campus recruiting across North America. Jenna joined BCG in 2018 and sits in the Boston office. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and has even instructed a session for an affiliation event.

BCG Summer Sessions

June, 2021 - July, 2021 Virtual BCG Summer Sessions is a series of virtual talks through which BCGers will share insider perspectives on what it’s like to be an Associate at BCG. You’ll learn about the impactful work we do, our transformative digital capabilities, and the many opportunities, support systems, programs, and tools we offer to help our Associates learn, grow, succeed—and have fun!—at BCG. We’ll also share tips on the recruiting process and give you a chance to ask the questions most on your mind about consulting and BCG. If you are an undergraduate student at a school located in the US or Canada in the class of 2022, class of 2023, or class of 2024, we hope you’ll join us this summer!

Application Process

Full Time Associate Application Deadline

Are you graduating between December 2021 and June 2022 and ready to be an Associate at BCG after graduation? Please apply here by Friday, July 16th, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.

You will be asked to provide:

  • A resume
  • Your top 3 office preferences (weighted to reflect your level of interest in each)
  • A cover letter (optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)
  • Cumulative GPA
  • Standardized test scores (ACT and/or SAT with subscore breakdowns)

Check back here in August for additional application opportunities.

If you apply to a US BCG office, you will receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take about 25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here.
