Meet Our Team

Naicheng is a Project Leader in the New York office and works primarily in Digital BCG cases across Retail, Consumer and Healthcare. He first joined BCG New York as a Summer Associate in 2013. In between then and now, he has also worked at Jet.com (acquired by Walmart), and co-founded a venture-backed fitness start-up. Naicheng attended Yale University, majoring in Computer Science and Global Affairs, and completed his MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside of work, Naicheng enjoys wildlife photography, dispersed camping, and (learning) guitar.

Anne is the Northeast Campus Recruiting Lead. She joined BCG shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California with a BA in Creative Writing and Art History. Outside the office Anne can be found chasing her son around Manhattan and trying out new restaurants!

Ojaswee joined BCG New York as an Associate in 2019. Prior to BCG, Ojaswee graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbia University with a Bachelors of Arts in Financial Economics. At BCG, Ojaswee has worked across the Fashion/Retail, Healthcare, and Public Sector practice areas. Outside of work, Ojaswee likes to try new recipes, learn amateur improv, and work her way through New York’s restaurants.
