Cory Kaplin

Principal, Montréal Recruiting Director

Cory is a Principal and Recruiting Director for BCG’s Montréal office. He joined the firm in 2014 and has primarily focused on organization, strategy and customer analytics in financial services and industrial goods. Over his tenure at BCG, Cory has worked across a range of topics and industries including a major culture transformation for an international bank, a cost optimization project for a global resources company, a consumer analytics program and market pilot in financial services, and a global growth strategy for a dairy company. Cory’s industrial experience includes working with Air Liquide in Paris, Western Mining in Australia (now a part of BHP) and Nanodynamics, a technology startup in upstate New York. Prior to joining BCG, Cory completed a PhD in Materials Engineering at McGill University, working on improving the high temperature corrosion resistance of aerospace alloys. He holds a Bachelor of Materials Engineering from McGill University with a minor in Technological Entrepreneurship. In his spare time Cory enjoys skiing, rock climbing, hiking, cooking and travelling.

Jesse Carmichael

Consultant, Concordia Captain

Jesse joined the BCG Montreal office as an Associate in September 2016. Since joining BCG, Jesse has worked on projects in the industrial goods, retail and aerospace industries. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from Concordia University (John Molson School of Business). Outside of work, Jesse enjoys travelling, reading, cooking and running.

Laetitia Ndondo

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Laetitia supports the recruiting efforts for Advance Degree Candidates and INSEAD, as well as Montréal schools at both the Associate and Consultant level. Prior to working for BCG, Laetitia worked for McCarthy Tetrault in Bilingual Talent Acquisition. Laetitia built and managed relationships with internal stakeholders, and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities, as well as to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner. She has also worked for Centennial College and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, travelling throughout Ontario, representing the institutions at college fairs and campus events. Laetitia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Human Rights Law and was the recipient of the Student Leadership Award. When not at work, Laetitia tutors French to elementary and high school students, she also enjoys travelling, the arts and sampling various cuisines.

Adam Gordon

Recruiting Partner

Adam Gordon is the Recruiting Partner and Managing Director in BCG’s Toronto office. He originally joined the firm in 2005 as an Associate after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Queen’s University. Adam’s consulting practice is focused on Travel & Tourism, specifically serving airlines on a range of strategy, commercial and operational topics. He also has significant experience working with industrial goods and private equity companies. Adam has served clients in Canada, the U.S., Europe and South America. He also spent two years at Qantas Airways in Australia as part of BCG’s Secondment program. Prior to joining BCG, Adam held positions at A.T Kearney as a Business Analyst and at Shaw Pittman in their Government Relations department. Outside of work, Adam’s interests include photography, scuba diving and travelling.
