BCG Mentorship Scheme 2022

July, 2022 - October, 2022 Virtual As a top-tier strategy firm, we seek to change the way the world works. We form partnerships with our clients to solve their biggest challenges and shape their future together. The work our consultants do has a lasting impact on companies, industries and society and, as a result, we are always looking for creative, driven and collaborative personalities to join our consulting team. If you think that sounds like you, a career at BCG may be a great fit.

As part of our mission to find the best talent, the 2022 Mentorship Programme is now open for applications from students going into their final year of study at a UK & Ireland university. Please note that this scheme is open to students of all disciplines and does not require a prior interest in consulting.

We will match selected students with one of our consultants to offer 1-1 mentorship over the summer so you’re ready to make a strong application in September. You'll have the chance to ask all your consulting questions and get advice on how to best prepare for interviews (incl. CV advice, case practice, and other tips & tricks). It is a great opportunity for you to get to know us, while getting useful advice and practice for the upcoming interview season!

Applications are open now and close on the July 4th. To apply, submit your CV and a half page cover letter here. In your half-page cover letter we’d love to know why you're interested in consulting, what you hope to get out of the mentoring scheme & what qualities / experiences you think will help you in a consulting role. We will then review everyone's applications and select a number of candidates for Phone Interviews.

Email LONMentorshipscheme@bcg.com with any questions and – don’t forget – the deadline is July 4th!

Pride@BCG London Insight Day

October 14, 2022 1-5:30pm GMT BCG London office Pride@BCG invites students interested in the Pride@BCG network to learn more about what we do as consultants, and the role of the Pride@BCG network in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, for an afternoon of interactive workshops and activities at our London office. You’ll come away with a better understanding of BCG and the consulting industry, how we partner with our clients, the Pride@BCG network, and how to make a strong application to the firm. You will also be able to stay with us for a networking drinks reception with members of Pride@BCG from 5:30pm, following the main event.

Please apply by submitting your CV (or CV draft) by 23:55 on Wednesday 5th October 2022. You will be informed if you are successful on or before Monday 10th October. Places at this event are limited and priority will be given to undergraduate and masters students in their penultimate or final year of study, who are eligible for full-time roles or internships at BCG London following graduation. However, all undergraduate and masters students and recent graduates are welcome to apply. This event is not suitable for candidates with more than two full years’ work experience.

Reasonable economy travel expenses from any location in the UK or Ireland will be covered by BCG for those attending from outside London, excluding taxi/ride-share fares.
