Roger Premo

Partner & Managing Director

Roger Premo, Partner & Managing Director, Boston, earned his MBA from MIT Sloan in 2006. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Prior to business school, he held leadership and technical roles in several online media and search technology companies. Earlier, he also worked in molecular biology research at Genentech. At BCG, Roger is focused on high-tech and telecom clients across strategy, go-to market and operations. His interests include squash, golf, snowboarding and spending time with his family.

James Brennan

Second Year Recruiting Specialist

James Brennan joined BCG in 2015 and is a consultant in the Boston office.  He has worked with clients in a number of industries including industrial goods and retail with experience in pricing and promotion, multichannel strategies, and category management. Prior to BCG, James did a summer internship at The Parthenon Group where he worked with education and private equity clients.  Prior to that, he worked at Cambridge Associates where he was the lead associate of the firm's outsourced investment office. Outside of work, James can be found rowing on the Charles River, playing hockey, or traveling. James holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Chemistry & Economics from Cornell University.

Sara Kirsch

Second Year Recruiting Specialist

Sara Kirsch joined BCG in 2015 and is a consultant in the Boston office. She has primarily worked with clients in the pharmaceutical industry across a variety of functions including organizational redesign and supply chain transformation. Prior to attending business school, Sara spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers's (PwC) where she worked as a Manager in Risk Assurance practice. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and golden retriever, as well as sailing and skiing. Sara holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics and History from Union College.

Jenna Denice

Recruiting Coordinator

Jenna is the Recruiting Coordinator for the Consultant program in the Boston office, working with both MBA and Advance Degree Candidates. She joined the office June of 2014 shortly after graduating from Boston College with a BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development. In her free time, Jenna enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Boston sports teams.

Laura Russell

Recruiting Assistant

Laura Russell is the Tuck Recruiting Assistant in BCG's Boston office. In addition, she coordinates experienced hire recruiting and senior-level recruiting. Prior to joining BCG in 2016, Laura worked for Teach for America in Denver, CO. Laura graduated with a BA in Public Policy from Hamilton College in 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and exploring new restaurants in Boston.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
